       The Committee on Judiciary (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Delete line 60
    5  and insert:
    6         (3) Any charitable organization exempt from taxation under
    7  s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as an original ticket
    8

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 5 - 6
   12  and insert:
   13  benefiting certain charitable organizations may be sold;
   14  requiring certain binding contractual agreements between
   15  charitable organizations and registered ticket resellers for
   16  certain purposes; providing penalties; providing an effective
