       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (771682) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 299 - 303
    5  and insert:
    6         6. Is necessary to accommodate the specific needs of state
    7  agencies when agency rules must be updated to reflect federal
    8  requirements relating to design criteria for public educational
    9  facilities and state licensed facilities.
