       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Crist)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (786762) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 564
    5  and insert:
    6  Trust Fund. However, 10 percent of all court-related fines
    7  collected by the clerk shall be deposited into the clerk’s
    8  Public Records Modernization Trust Fund to be used exclusively
    9  for additional clerk court-related operational needs and program
   10  enhancements.
