    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road designations; designating the
    3         Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial Highway in Duval
    4         County; directing the Department of Transportation to
    5         erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial Highway
   10  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   11  markers.—
   12         (1) The portion of I-95 between Baymeadows Road and State
   13  Road 16 in Duval County is designated as the “Coach Jermaine D.
   14  Hall Memorial Highway.”
   15         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   16  suitable markers designating the Coach Jermaine D. Hall Memorial
   17  Highway as described in subsection (1).
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
