       Senator Jones moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 107
    4  and insert:
    5         private attorneys retained to achieve the recovery.
    6  Provided further, the provisions of this subsection do not apply
    7  if the Attorney General determines that exigent or unusual
    8  circumstances or a need or requirement for specialized legal
    9  knowledge or experience justifies an exception to the
   10  requirements of this subsection, provides written evidence to
   11  support the determination and the determination is approved by
   12  majority vote of the Cabinet.

   19  and insert:

   21         contract with the department; providing exceptions;
   22         requiring that copies of any
