       (Haridopolos) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1815 and 1816
    4  insert:
    5         Section 61. Sections 341.8201-341.842, Florida Statutes,
    6  are repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 140
   11  and insert:
   12         for passing worthless bank checks; repealing ss.
   13         341.8201-341.842, F.S., relating to the Florida High
   14         Speed Rail Authority Act; amending s.
