       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Pruitt) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 3634 - 3638
    4  and insert:
    5         pursuant to paragraph (7)(a).
    6         4. Community correctional centers and drug treatment
    7  centers must be increased by one-third.
    8         5. A housing unit may not exceed its maximum capacity
    9  pursuant to paragraphs (7)(a) and (b).
