Moneys in the account shall consist of appropriations 9 by the Legislature, proceeds of any collateral used to secure 10 such assistance, transfers, fees assessed for providing or 11 processing such financial assistance, grants, interest earning, 12 and earnings on financial assistance. Enterprise Florida, Inc., 13 may advance from the account up to $600,000 in the aggregate to 14 the Institute for Commercialization of Public Research for its 15 operations.
