| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |
|
| 10 | Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 938.10, Florida |
| 11 | Statutes, is amended to read: |
| 12 | 938.10 Additional court cost imposed in cases of certain |
| 13 | crimes against minors.-- |
| 14 | (1) If a person pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is |
| 15 | found guilty of, regardless of adjudication, any offense against |
| 16 | a minor in violation of s. 775.21, s. 784.085, chapter 787, |
| 17 | chapter 794, s. 796.03, s. 796.035, s. 800.04, s. 823.07, |
| 18 | chapter 827, s. 847.012, s. 847.0125, s. 847.0133, s. 847.0134, |
| 19 | s. 847.0135(5), s. 847.0138, s. 847.0145, s. 893.147, s. |
| 20 | 943.0435, or s. 985.701, the court shall impose a court cost of |
| 21 | $101 against the offender in addition to any other cost or |
| 22 | penalty required by law. |
| 23 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009. |
