       Senator Haridopolos moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 66 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5  of the greater of $5 million or $200 million multiplied by the
    6  appellant’s percentage share of all payments to the state in
    7  2008 under the tobacco settlement agreement. Regardless of the
    8  total value or number of judgments, the total cumulative value
    9  of all security required of all appellants to stay the execution
   10  of all such judgments under this subsection may not exceed $200
   11  million for all appellants
