       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Altman) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 117 - 120
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (b) For purposes of this section, the term:
    7         1. “Conservation easement” has the same meaning as in s.
    8  704.06;
    9         2. “Conservation protection agreement” means a deed
   10  restriction, land use agreement, or covenant running with the
   11  land which dedicates the property for conservation purposes.
