       Senator Baker moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 88 - 90
    4  and insert:
    5         (g) Reports under this subsection shall be filed with the
    6  office no later than 30 days following the occurrence of the
    7  first of any event listed in paragraph (c) (a). An insurer is
    8  not required to file a new or amended report on a claim more
    9  than 1 year after submitting an initial report.
