“HISPANICS SETTLED FLORIDA” must appear at the bottom of the

(c) The department shall retain all revenues from the sale

If, at the conclusion of the 24-month presale period, the
minimum sales requirements have not been met, the Hispanics

department shall discontinue development of the plate and
discontinue issuance of the presale vouchers as prescribed in s.
320.08056. Upon deauthorization of the license plate, a
purchaser of the Hispanics Settled Florida in 1565 license plate
