    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to legal holidays and special
    3         observances; creating s. 683.332, F.S.; designating
    4         July 10 as “Associations Advance Florida Day”;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 683.332, Florida Statutes, is created to
   10  read:
   11         683.332 Associations Advance Florida Day.—July 10 of each
   12  year is designated as “Associations Advance Florida Day” in
   13  recognition of the many contributions made by the association
   14  community in this state.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
