       The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations
       (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 90 - 92
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Immediately transfer the report to the appropriate
    6  county sheriff’s office if the report is of known or suspected
    7  abuse of a vulnerable adult by someone other than the vulnerable
    8  adult’s relative, caregiver, or household member.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 7 - 12
   13  and insert:
   14         F.S.; requiring that the central abuse hotline, which
   15         is maintained by the Department of Children and Family
   16         Serivces, immediately transfer reports relating to
   17         vulnerable adults to the appropriate county sheriff’s
   18         office; amending s. 415.1051, F.S.; authorizing the
   19         department to file a petition to determine incapacity;
