       The Committee on Judiciary (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (802754) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 88 - 90
    5  and insert:
    6         (c)1. Within 30 days of filing the petition, the petitioner
    7  must submit fingerprints for a state and national criminal
    8  history records check. Failure to satisfy this subparagraph
    9  within the prescribed time frame shall not be grounds for denial
   10  of compensation under this act.

   16  and insert:
