       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 704 - 708
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 12. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
    6  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
    7  becoming a law, this act shall take effect on July 1, 2009, and
    8  the amendment to s. 201.02(1)(a), Florida Statutes, made by this
    9  act, applies to transfers of property for which the first
   10  transfer to an artificial entity occurs after July 1, 2009, and
   11  the amendment to s. 201.02(11), Florida Statutes, made by this
   12  act, applies to transfers of property for which the transfer
   13  occurs after July 1, 2009.
