       Senator Gelber moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 159 - 161
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  the end of the fiscal year shall be reallocated in subsequent
    7  years consistent with the provisions of this subsection, in that
    8  at least 35 percent shall be reallocated to provide
    9  homeownership assistance for low-income and moderate-income
   10  families, and at least 35 percent shall be reallocated for
   11  construction, rehabilitation, and purchase of rental housing
   12  units. The remaining amount of uncommitted funds may be
   13  reallocated at the discretion of the county within any of the
   14  categories established in this subsection.
