    2         An act relating to taxes on cigarettes and other
    3         tobacco products; expressing the legislative intent to
    4         revise laws relating to taxes on cigarettes and other
    5         tobacco products; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to taxes on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
