       The Committee on Judiciary (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (611356) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 47 - 52
    5  and insert:
    6  the applicant fails to does not pay the application fee or the
    7  intake fee before prior to the disposition of the case, the
    8  clerk shall notify the court, and the court shall:
    9         1. Assess the application fee or the indigent intake fee as
   10  part of the sentence or as a condition of probation; or
   11         2.  Assess the application fee or the indigent intake fee
   12  pursuant to s. 938.29.
