    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to renewable energy policy; providing
    3         for legislative ratification of the rules on renewable
    4         portfolio standards adopted by the Public Service
    5         Commission; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Pursuant to s. 366.92(3), Florida Statutes, the
   10  Legislature ratifies chapters 25-17.400, 25-17.410, and 25
   11  17.420, Florida Administrative Code, approved on January 9,
   12  2009, by the Public Service Commission.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
