    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the documentary stamp tax;
    3         expressing the legislative intent to revise laws
    4         relating to the documentary stamp tax; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to the documentary stamp tax.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
