       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 138 - 146
    4  and insert:
    5  For transactions that occurred prior to the effective date of
    6  this act, it is not the intent of the Legislature to affect the
    7  interpretation of tax liability under the law applicable to
    8  those transactions.
