       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Sobel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (708694) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 1684 and 1685
    5  insert:
    6         Section 45. The Invasive Plant Control Trust Fund, FLAIR
    7  number 37-2-030, in the Department of Environmental Protection
    8  is transferred to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission,
    9  FLAIR number 77-2-030.

   13         Delete line 1889
   14  and insert:
   15  weeds or algae; providing for the transfer of the Invasive Plant

   18  providing for a Type II transfer to the Fish and Wildlife
   19  Conservation Commission; reenacting s. 379.3581(7), F.S.;
