       The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Dean)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 449 - 451
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 9. Effective January 1, 2010, present subsections
    6  (1) through (11) of section 327.395, Florida Statutes, are
    7  redesignated as subsections (2) through (12), respectively, a
    8  new subsection (1) is added to that section, and that section is
    9  amended to read:
   10         327.395 Boating safety identification cards.—
   11         (1) This section may be cited as the Osmany “Ozzie”
   12  Castellanos Boating Safety Education Act.
