       The Committee on Judiciary (Constantine) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1213 - 1217
    4  and insert:
    5  (3) Except as otherwise provided by law, and deposit the
    6  proceeds of any such sale under this section shall be deposited
    7  in to the credit of the State Game Trust Fund or in the Marine
    8  Resources Conservation Trust Fund.
