       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Storms) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 118 and 119
    4  insert:
    5         (e) Any land area that is not otherwise designated as a
    6  rural area of critical economic concern pursuant to s.
    7  288.0656(7) does not hold any of the rights or benefits derived
    8  from such designation.

   13  and insert:
   14         stewardship areas; clarifying that any land area that
   15         is not designated as a rural area of critical economic
