       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Rich)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 442 - 445
    4  and insert:
    5         (9) (11) It is the intent of the Legislature that the
    6  freedom of religion of all citizens shall be inviolate. Nothing
    7  in this act shall give any governmental entity jurisdiction to
    8  regulate religious, spiritual, or ecclesiastical services.
