       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         After line 254
    4  insert:
    5         (17) Upon completion of the department’s study to develop
    6  passive strategies for nitrogen reduction that complement the
    7  use of conventional onsite wastewater treatment systems, the
    8  department shall submit a final report to the Executive Office
    9  of the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of
   10  the House of Representatives prior to proceeding with any
   11  nitrogen reduction activities.

   14         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 209 - 210
   16  and insert:
   17         Section 3. Subsection (16) of section 381.006, Florida
   18  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (17) is added to that
   19  section, to read:

   22         And the title is amended as follows:
   23         Delete line 15
   24  and insert:
   25         with five or fewer residents; requiring that the
   26         department submit a final report to the Executive
   27         Office of the Governor and the Legislative after

   29         nitrogen reduction that complement the use of
   30         conventional onsite wastewater treatment systems
   31         before proceeding with any nitrogen reduction
   32         activities; amending s. 381.0072,
