       The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations
       (Peaden) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 353 - 357
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) AHEC smoking-cessation initiative.—For the 2007-2008
    6  and 2008-2009 fiscal years only, The AHEC network shall expand
    7  the AHEC smoking-cessation initiative to each county within the
    8  state and perform other activities as determined by the
    9  department.
