       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 245 - 249
    4  and insert:
    5  applicable statutes or rules. An environmental health program
    6  inspection of a certified domestic violence center or
    7  residential child-caring agency licensed by the Department of
    8  Children and Family Services pursuant to chapter 409 shall be
    9  limited to the requirements set forth in the department’s rules
   10  applicable to community-based residential facilities with five
   11  or fewer residents. In addition to any sanctions that the
   12

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 11 - 13
   16  and insert:
   17         of a certified domestic violence center and certain
   18         residential child-caring agencies to limit the
   19         inspection of the domestic violence center or
   20         residential child-caring agency to the requirements
   21         set forth in the department’s rules
