       The Committee on Health Regulation (Altman) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 139 - 143
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) The agency upon subpoena issued pursuant to s. 408.15
    6  or the department upon subpoena issued pursuant to s. 456.071,
    7  but the records obtained thereby must be used solely for the
    8  purpose of the agency, the department, and the appropriate
    9  professional board in their its investigation, prosecution, and
   10  appeal of disciplinary proceedings. The
