    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (248342) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 111 - 125
    5  and insert:
    6         (3) The department shall adopt rules establishing
    7  requirements and procedures for recordkeeping and monitoring of
    8  pest control service center operations to ensure compliance with
    9  this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter.
