       Senator Haridopolos moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 71 - 76
    4  and insert:
    5  (c) This chapter does not:
    6         1. Prohibit any person from practicing arboriculture or
    7  providing arboriculture services as defined in this chapter if
    8  such person does not hold himself or herself out as a state
    9  licensed arborist unless he or she is licensed in compliance
   10  with this chapter.
   11         2. Require any person to be a member of the International
   12  Society of Arboriculture in order to be licensed under this
   13  chapter.
   14         (d) A landscape architect licensed under part II of chapter
   15  481 is authorized to practice arboriculture; however, as
   16  provided in s. 598.006(4), only a person licensed under this
   17  chapter may hold herself or himself out as a state-licensed
   18  arborist.
