       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 79 - 82
    4  and insert:
    5         such counties, for any application received by the agency
    6  prior to July 1, 2009, which has been deemed by the agency to be
    7  complete except for proof of accreditation, the agency may issue
    8  an initial or a change of ownership license only if the
    9  applicant has applied for accreditation before May 1, 2009, from
   10  an accrediting organization that is recognized by the agency.
