       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 53 - 56
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The department’s authority under subsection (2)
    6  includes entering into a continuing contract for construction
    7  projects for which the total estimated construction cost for
    8  each project under the contract does not exceed $1 million.
