       Senator Justice moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 399
    4  and insert:
    5  inform the program approval process. Employment at St.
    6  Petersburg College is governed by the same laws that govern
    7  community colleges, except that upper-division faculty are
    8  eligible for continuing contracts upon the completion of the
    9  fifth year of teaching. Employee records for all personnel shall
   10  be maintained as required by s. 1012.81.
