       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Alexander)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 192 and 193
    4  insert:
    5         (6) Notwithstanding subsection (2), in order to administer
    6  the real estate and other investment portfolios as provided in
    7  s. 215.47, the State Board of Administration may enter into
    8  contracts and such other agreements that are necessary to carry
    9  out the investment duties of the board.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 22
   14  and insert:
   15         contracts or agreements; authorizing the State Board
   16         of Administration to enter into contracts and other
   17         agreements that are necessary to carry out the
   18         investment duties of the board; defining the terms
   19         “contract”
