3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 69 and 70, insert:
5     Section 1.  Subsection (5) of section 718.111, Florida
6Statutes, is amended to read:
7     718.111  The association.--
8     (5)  RIGHT OF ACCESS TO UNITS.--The association has the
9irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable
10hours, when necessary for the maintenance, repair, or
11replacement of any common elements or of any portion of a unit
12to be maintained by the association pursuant to the declaration
13or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to a
14unit or units. Except in cases of emergency, the association
15must give the unit owner advance written notice of not less than
1624 hours of its intent to access the unit and such access must
17be by two persons, one of whom must be a member of the board of
18administration or a manager or employee of the association and
19one of whom must be an authorized representative of the
20association. The identity of the authorized representative
21seeking access to the unit shall be provided to the unit owner
22prior to entering the unit.
