| 7 | 718.111 The association.-- |
| 8 | (5) RIGHT OF ACCESS TO UNITS.--The association has the |
| 9 | irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable |
| 10 | hours, when necessary for the maintenance, repair, or |
| 11 | replacement of any common elements or of any portion of a unit |
| 12 | to be maintained by the association pursuant to the declaration |
| 13 | or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to a |
| 14 | unit or units. Except in cases of emergency, the association |
| 15 | must give the unit owner advance written notice of not less than |
| 16 | 24 hours of its intent to access the unit and such access must |
| 17 | be by two persons, one of whom must be a member of the board of |
| 18 | administration or a manager or employee of the association and |
| 19 | one of whom must be an authorized representative of the |
| 20 | association. The identity of the authorized representative |
| 21 | seeking access to the unit shall be provided to the unit owner |
| 22 | prior to entering the unit. |
