    4         Delete lines 1368 - 1459
    5  and insert:

    7         (b) As used in subsection (1), the term “offer” means any
    8  solicited or unsolicited offer to buy solicitation by the park
    9  owner to the general public.

   13         Delete lines 1365 - 1366
   14  and insert:
   15         Section 20. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section
   16  723.071, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
   17         Delete lines 1952 - 1967
   18  and insert:
   19         developer unless certain conditions are met; amending
   20         s. 723.071, F.S.; redefining the term “offer”;
   21         amending s. 718.501, F.S.;
