    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 281 - 284
    4  and insert:
    5         538.37 Powers and duties of department.—The department has
    6  the authority provided under s. 538.11.
    7         Section 3. This act shall take effect October 1, 2009.
