       Senator Constantine moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 506 - 540
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) The department must initiate and develop rules to
    6  implement subsections (3), (4), and (5) of s.369.406, in
    7  conjunction with the Department of Heath, but may not adopt such
    8  rules until such date as the type II transfer of the Bureau of
    9  Onsite Sewage becomes effective.

   11         Renumber subsequent sections

   14         And the title is amended as follows:

   16  and insert:
