       (Constantine) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (768904) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 75 - 77
    4  and insert:
    5  (9) "Spring run" means a body of flowing water to a point of
    6  confluence with another body of flowing water of equal or
    7  greater flow, or until the point where the flow is less than 50
    8  percent of the surface water flow as originating at the spring.
