3 Brevard County; amending chapter 2006-360, Laws of

5 district to remove certain lands from the district and
6 add other lands; providing for a referendum; providing

9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Section 4 of chapter 2006-360, Laws of Florida,
12 is amended to read:

17 parcels of property owned by those who do not wish for their
