The physician shall immediately refer 8 the minor to an appropriate specialist for screening, evaluation 9 of, or diagnosis for autism spectrum disorder or other 10 developmental delays. This section does not apply to a physician 11 providing care under s. 395.1041. 12 (2) As used in this section, the term “appropriate 13 specialist” means a qualified professional who is experienced in 14 the evaluation of autism spectrum disorder or other 15 developmental delays, who has training in 16 17 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 18 And the title is amended as follows: 19 Delete line 5 20 and insert: 21 spectrum disorder or other developmental delays under 22 certain circumstances;
