       The Committee on Community Affairs (Bennett) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (139996) 
    2         
    3         Delete lines 472 - 477
    4  and insert:
    5  concern under s. 288.0656(7), when the Office of Tourism, Trade,
    6  and Economic Development states in writing that the amendment
    7  supports a regional target industry that is identified in an
    8  economic development plan prepared for one of the economic
    9  development programs identified in 288.0656(7).
