       The Committee on Community Affairs (Bennett) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2         
    3         Delete lines 732 - 734
    4  and insert:
    5  continue to be effective, but shall have the option to be
    6  governed by s. 380.115(1). A pending application for development
    7  approval shall be governed by s. 380.115(2).
