| 4 | Between lines 16 and 17, insert: |
| 5 | Section 1. Paragraph (g) of subsection (1) and subsection |
| 6 | (3) of section 549.09, Florida Statutes, are amended to read: |
| 7 | 549.09 Motorsport nonspectator liability release.-- |
| 8 | (1) As used in this section: |
| 9 | (g) "Nonspectator" "Nonspectators" means an event |
| 10 | participant participants who has have signed a motorsport |
| 11 | liability release and includes an event participant who is a |
| 12 | minor, if the minor's natural guardian has signed a motorsport |
| 13 | liability release. |
| 14 | (3)(a) A motorsport liability release may be signed by |
| 15 | more than one person if so long as the release form appears on |
| 16 | each page, or side of a page, which is signed. A motorsport |
| 17 | liability release shall be printed in 8 point type or larger. |
| 18 | (b) A motorsport liability release signed by a natural |
| 19 | guardian on behalf of a minor is valid to the extent provided in |
| 20 | s. 744.301. |
