       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Siplin) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 17
    4  and insert:
    5  members. The district school board shall make a good faith
    6  effort to advertise and open the school advisory council to
    7  members of the community. Each school advisory council shall
    8  include in its name
