| 8 | provided coverage for a group of no fewer than three communities |
| 9 | is not subject to review and approval by the Office of Insurance |
| 10 | Regulation until renewed after July 1, 2009. Such policy or |
| 11 | program may not exist beyond July 1, 2010. |
